The magazine "The Spawning " was born on 1 June 1996 Initially, the material was mainly focused on troubleshooting and, therefore, it consisted of the minimum. ; namely, a few rods and reels and small equipment base .
It had been a few years since I fished in Semois; So I had a little experience in the field. The first season was without a burst but sufficient to allow me to continue the adventure . Thereafter, things fell into place. Gradually, my stock increased and I began to branch out. Clothing and other pants marshes appeared I appealed to new firms specializing in certain products such as fly tying material, I developed primers "house" that I tested beforehand with the help of clients.
At the end of the third year, I began to expand the store. This allowed me to double the surface and continue to develop myself. Aquarium and then skirted display shelves. New items came complete course part. Few adjustments later, The Spawning received its final structure as it stands today.
I am currently working with a number of known and recognized brands in the world of fishing such as Arca- Bifa, Cormorant, DAM, Mitchell, Sensas, Trabucco and many others. I am now well established on the banks of our beautiful river and I actively involved in maintaining and smooth functioning of the fisheries in the region .
Assuming a river healthy fish will start to grow and fishermen to have fun, I am fighting for the Semois remains intact. For this, I went in as an administrator in a non-profit organization in the region that manages the sector Vresse- Bohan, I am secretary of the Federation of Semois Namuroise which includes all companies in the Basin and ensures good distribution of subsidies, I created a fishing club " FBFT ", and I also participate in events organized by the Contract Semois River .
At the dawn of this new millennium, we must not lead us astray. Everything changes, everything changes. But some things are immutable and must remain so. Meandering rivers that bathe us with their freshwater have not finished rocking us. Symbiosis with them is vital to our well-being. And we ... the first players in this reality are more aware than anyone else.
